1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing honestwebs.com (the “Site”) or engaging HonestWebs (“we”, “us”) for design services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services we provide

HonestWebs provides website design, development, and related services on a fixed-price or retainer basis. Service scope is defined per project in the brief you submit through our chat and any subsequent written confirmation.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Late payment may pause delivery.

4. Revisions and acceptance

Each project includes the number of revision rounds quoted in your engagement. Additional revisions may be billed separately. You agree to review and respond to deliverables in a reasonable time frame.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final design and code we deliver for your website. We retain rights to display the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat business information you share during a project as confidential and use it only to deliver the service you engaged us for.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HonestWebs’ liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Third-party services

We may use third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, email providers, etc.) on your behalf. Their terms apply to your use of those services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project per the cancellation terms agreed in writing. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the Site or our services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
